Learning to Lead

In any global enterprise, leadership is paramount. For Johnson & Johnson, leadership training and development helps fuel the growth of the business all around the world while ensuring employees grow personally and professionally throughout their careers.

To enhance its offering and create more impact with employees across the globe, the company’s Center for Leadership & Learning revamped and rebranded its portfolio of training programs and resources.

In conjunction with the Johnson & Johnson Global Strategic Design Office, Tanj reorganized the center’s portfolio of programs and renamed two key sets of courses.

First, we named “Achieve.” All courses within Achieve are designed to help employees realize their potential by enhancing participants’ skills and preparing them for managerial roles.

Second, we named “Accelerate.” Designed to enhance the readiness of select employees, Accelerate empowers leaders within the organization to build their skills even further so they are prepared to fill critical leadership roles at the highest levels of Johnson & Johnson.
