Our Science, Your Nature

How do you tell the story of a high-end skincare brand named after one of the most prestigious cosmetic surgery clinics in the world, which coincidentally is named after one of the most famous cosmetic surgeons ever, all without relying too heavily on the clinic or the surgeon, both of which are referenced directly in the brand’s name?

Talk about something else.

And that is exactly what we did with the brand story and strategy we developed for Beauty by Clinica Ivo Pitanguy. The brand, had limited traction in key markets globally. Plus it relied to heavily on Ivo Pitanguy, the renowned Brazilian plastic surgeon – some have called him the Michelangelo of cosmetic surgery.

To distance the brand from the surgeon and to give it more meaning and life, we developed a brand strategy, story, messaging and voice that leverage the new tagline we created, “Our Science, Your Nature.” The entire set of deliverables helps the brand simplify its complex origins while balancing its foundation in clinical applications with the natural, nourishing and enriching ingredients and benefits found in each product.
