A message to clients — past, present & future.

We hope you, your family and your colleagues are safe and healthy at this time.

As we have been working through the recent and varied effects of COVID-19 on work and life, we want to update you on how Tanj is navigating this global event.

  • We all feel fine.
All members of our team are in good health and have not exhibited any signs of COVID-19. Each of us took early precautions to distance ourselves and our families from others when and where possible. We continue to mitigate risks if and when we need to venture outside.
  • We’ve been working remotely… for 12 years.
Since our founding in 2009, our team has always worked remotely, spread across New York, Raleigh, Charlotte, Chicago, LA and Portland. Our whole infrastructure is built around remote collaboration, so we do not anticipate any disruption on this front.
  • But we are not traveling, at least for now.
For our clients’ safety and for our own, we have halted all travel, even local. We will not be meeting in person with clients or each other for the foreseeable future.
  • We can connect however you like.
Each member of our team has a fast, secure internet connection, and we are fully capable of meeting virtually on a platform of your choice. We are flexible and up for anything — Zoom, Webex, Skype, phone.
  • We will do our best to keep our schedules.
We intend to keep the same general schedules we have already committed to and do not foresee any reason for delays on our side. With that said, we understand that your schedule might be in flux, and no one can predict the future, so it is our goal to remain flexible. Should the COVID-19 situation change dramatically, and we need to reassess, we will let you know as soon as possible.
  • We’ll keep you posted and answer any questions you have.
We promise to do our best to ensure you are up to date on any changes or challenges that arise. If you have questions for us regarding our work together, please reach out to me directly.

Stay safe, stay healthy and take care — we are all in this together and will get through it together.
